. The remaining amount has to be paid 30 days before the arrival.
. We recommend you to subscribe an insurance for your stay.
. Cancellation conditions: in case of a cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival, the deposit is lost. in case of a cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.
. A caution (safety deposit) will have to be paid on your arrival, to get the keys. It will be given back a maximum of two weeks after your departure, based upon the respect of the contract.
. You can get your keys between 5PM and 8PM on your arrival day.
. You must leave the chalet between 08 AM and 10AM on your departure day.
